SUB-PROCESSORS

This page lists the third party service providers that process customer data on behalf of Dyle Technology, Corp. ("Dyle"). A sub‑processor is a vendor that stores, transmits, or otherwise processes customer data so that we can deliver the Services. We review each vendor for security and compliance, and we enter into appropriate data protection agreements.
Current sub-processors
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) - infrastructure hosting, Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL, and Amazon S3 object storage (United States).
- Render - backend application hosting for APIs and services (United States).
- Vercel - frontend hosting for the web application (United States).
- OpenAI - large language model services used to analyze content and generate insights (United States).
- Anthropic - large language model services used to analyze content and generate insights (United States).
- DeepSeek - large language model services used to analyze content and generate insights (United States).
- Graphlit - knowledge base indexing, embeddings, and retrieval for documents and URLs (United States).
- Resend - transactional email delivery for account notifications and opportunity alerts (United States).
Data handling and safeguards
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and is logged for audit purposes.
- Tokens for connected integrations are revoked when a customer disconnects, and associated data is removed according to our data retention and deletion policies.
- We review sub‑processors periodically and update this list when vendors are added or removed.
Notifications of changes
We will post any updates to this page and, where required, notify customers in advance of material changes. Customers may request more information or object to a change by contacting us.
